At Abundant Life Housing, our mission is to provide clean, safe, and stable housing for adults in independent living facilities (ILFs). We believe that everyone deserves a dignified place to call home. Our goal is to help end homelessness and improve the lives of our residents.
To achieve this, we work closely with government agencies, hospitals, case managers, social workers, and discharge planners, to identify and assist those who are at risk of homelessness. We are part of a larger network of providers, working to end homelessness in communities across 14 states, and counting.
